About Us

We’re C&L Don't Need No Sauce BBQ, and we’ve been a restaurant and caterer here in Louisville, KY, since 2020. We specialize in all things barbeque, and we offer pulled pork, hamburgers, rib tips, turkey legs, and more. We started this business because of a passion for food and a great recipe that was met at the intersection of good timing and opportunity. We truly believe you don't need no sauce! We’re looking forward to partnering with Louisville, Old Louisville, South Louisville, and surrounding area consumers to continue to offer a premier barbeque restaurant experience. I was looking for something different, I have drove past this place hundreds of times smelling that Barbecue Pit going, thank God that I had the courage to try something new. Probably the best greens potato salad and cheeseburger meal that I've ever had in my life. Cannot wait until my next visit to try the brisket or ribs.
